Also I forgot to mention that this episode contains a great 'secret' Lisa Simpson quotation at 13:45 or so. I say secret because I've never seen it in syndication or picked up on it when I watched the dvd but its a great line and speaks volumes for her character (not that her psychological troubles weren't addressed already in the previous season's Mona Lisa but it is nice/unfortunate that her troubles are ongoing and not perpetuating the television myth that mental illness can be dealt within the timeframe of a single episode and then everything will be back to normal).
